Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or collecting fireworks from Leeds Fireworks (Discount Fireworks Leeds).
1. General
This website is operated by Leeds Fireworks. Throughout the site, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Leeds Fireworks. We provide this website and its information, tools, and services to you conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting the site and/or purchasing from us you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms referenced or linked herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site.
2. Age Restrictions & Legal Compliance
You must be 18 or over to purchase fireworks in the UK—no exceptions. Supplying fireworks to anyone under 18 is illegal. By ordering you confirm you meet the age requirement. It is also illegal for anyone under 18 to possess fireworks in a public place. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws including time restrictions (generally 11pm–7am except Bonfire Night, New Year’s Eve, Diwali, Chinese New Year) and prohibitions on setting off fireworks in streets or public places.
3. Product Information & Pricing
Descriptions, effects, durations, and measurements are provided in good faith as approximate guides. We are not liable for minor inaccuracies. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate.
4. Orders, Payment & Collection (Store Pickup)
Your order is an offer to buy. An acknowledgement email does not equal acceptance. Acceptance occurs when goods are prepared for collection or dispatched by special arrangement.
Collection only: Default fulfilment is in‑store pickup at 256 Tong Rd, Armley, Leeds LS12 3BG unless a prior delivery agreement is made.
Proof of age: Valid photo ID (e.g. passport, driving licence) is required on collection. We may refuse release if unsatisfied; in such cases a refund (minus non‑refundable fees, if any) will be issued.
Risk transfer: Risk passes upon collection (or delivery where arranged).
5. Delivery & Shipping
Fireworks (hazardous goods) require specialist carriers. An adult (18+) must be present to sign. Failed delivery due to absence may incur a re‑delivery charge. Risk passes on delivery attempt where signature is obtained or legitimately attempted.
6. Cancellation & Returns
Pre‑dispatch cancellation: Consumers may cancel before dispatch for a full refund.
Returns: Owing to the hazardous nature of fireworks we do not accept change‑of‑mind returns.
Faulty items: Report damage or suspected faults promptly in writing. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after inspection of the returned firework and confirmation it was used (or stored) per instructions. No liability for failures due to misuse, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
7. Warranties & Product Guarantee
Products will conform to description, be of satisfactory quality, and fit for intended use on delivery. All fireworks comply with applicable UK / CE standards. Warranty is void in cases of misuse, alteration, unsafe setup, or ignoring safety distances stated on labels.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leeds Fireworks, its officers, employees, and agents from claims or demands (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (including strikes, transport issues, fire, flood, extreme weather, regulatory actions).

External links may direct you to sites not operated by us. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or accuracy. Access at your own risk; review their terms.
12. Website Use
